The pledging process typically includes an ongoing education curriculum that extends from the time you are inducted (beginning of pledgeship) to the time you are initiated as a full active member. We also hold recruitment events in major metropolitan areas of Texas (Houston, DFW, San Antonio, Austin) over the Summer as well as 'rush week' events - which take place just before and into the first few days of school.
